BOOTH MOVES
If your booth choice is already taken or if you prefer another booth location, your company may submit an online Booth Move request at any time via the web. Requests are prioritized according to our priority points system, then by the date in which they are received. Should a booth become available, you will be contacted by your account manager. Completing an move request does not absolve an exhibitor from liability of the original contract should we be unable to accommodate this request. Booth moves begin immediately following SupplyExpo 2007 and close on February 22, 2008.

PRIORITY POINTS INFORMATION
Priority Points are used for initial booth assignments (through March 11, 2007) and upgrades.
Past Points + Current Points = Total Priority Points
Past Points: Past points are based on the number of years a company has exhibited at SupplyExpo, Natural Products Expo West, Natural Products Expo East, Japan, Asia or Europe or participated at Nutracon since 1992. A maximum of one point is earned for each past show.
Current Points: Initial booth assignments = Current contracted booth space + sponsorship participation + advertising + e-media
Upgrades = Current contracted booth space
Current points include the following:
- Contracted Booth Space
One point is given for each 10’ x 10’ space your company contracted for SupplyExpo 2007. Tabletops get a 1/2 point. After SupplyExpo 2007, each exhibitor will receive only one point for exhibiting at the show, regardless of booth size, advertising, e-media and/or sponsorship participation. - Sponsorship Participation
Points are given for each sponsorship contracted for SupplyExpo or Nutracon 2007.
$20,000 and above 3 points
$10,000 - $19,999 2 point
$5,000 - $9,999 1 point - Advertising
Points are given for advertisements placed in Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals (FF&N), The Natural Foods Merchandiser (NFM), and Delicious Living (DL) independently or combined, in the January through the December issues of the previous calendar year.- If a company has placed and/or contracted NFM, DL and/or FF&N for at least five (5) display advertisements, one (1) additional point will be honored for SupplyExpo for the next calendar year.
- If a company has placed and/or contracted NFM, DL and/or FF&N for at least ten (10) display advertisements, two (2) additional points will be honored for SupplyExpo for the next calendar year.
- If a company has placed and/or contracted NFM, DL and/or FF&N for at least fifteen (15) display advertisements, three (3) additional points will be honored for SupplyExpo for the next calendar year
- e-media
Exhibitors have a number of opportunities to promote your product or ingredient to the right audience and obtain the latest industry information through several channels:
New Products Launch Pad (nplp.com)
FF&N Online (ffnmag.com)
NPIcenter (npicenter.com)
Nutrition Business Journal (nutritionbusiness.com)
Using these New Hope Natural Media portfolio resources, you have access to a FF&N digital subscription, NPIcenter business information tools and searchable databases, webcasts, and e-newsletters.- If a company has placed and/or contracted less than $10,000 net revenue in e-media promotion with New Hope Natural Media (NHNM), one (1) additional point will be honored for the next calendar year.
- If a company has placed and/or contracted a minimum of $18,000 net revenue in e-media promotion with NHNM, two (2) additional points will be honored for the next calendar year.
Exhibitor Groups
Aside from official associations, if an organization wants to group a number of companies together during initial booth assignments onsite at SupplyExpo, these booths will be assigned based on the company with the lowest point total. For example, if there are eight companies in the grouping and there is an exhibitor with 10 points and an exhibitor with one point in the group, the entire group will be assigned based on one point. Official associations are assigned based on the point total of the association.
What if a company is acquired or merged?
Companies that purchase all of the assets and liabilities of other companies may inherit the Priority Points of that company. However, companies may not combine or add the Priority Points of acquired companies. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to notify the Exhibit Sales Department of these situations in writing.
STANDARDS
The New Hope Natural Media Standards Program is designed to maintain consistency with federal and international regulations and is presented in a spirit of cooperation with current industry efforts to ensure quality and integrity of natural products.
Our goal is to increase the accuracy of information provided to the public and assist them in making educated decisions. The Standards Program is also intended to enhance public health and safety, support industry self-regulation and foster the responsible growth of the health and nutrition industry. Organic Standards: All ingredients and products labeled "organic" must meet USDA National Organic Program requirements, and must be certified by a USDA-accredited certifier.
