Interested in Speaking
Thank you for your interest in presenting valuable content to our attendees.
Our conference program is built out of two types of seminars:
New Hope Seminars (NHS) are created by the Education Advisory Board. These seminars are primarily developed from survey data to address the specific interest of attendees. In addition, New Hope Natural Media's editorial staff drives content from its publications and breaking news stories, and proposals are accepted from experts, consultants, educators and strategists. Co-hosted by Industry associations, organizations and the New Hope Natural Media products.
If you are interested in a New Hope Presented seminar, please review the NHS Proposal Guidelines
Exhibitor Presented Seminars (EPS) are arranged by exhibitors. These seminars provide expert information from presenters who are foremost in their fields, from natural healing therapies to the latest research and reports. They join the New Hope Natural Media faculty in an effort to unify, educate and promote the growth of the natural products industry. Presented by exhibiting manufacturers, suppliers and businesses.
If you are an exhibitor at our show, please refer to our EPS Proposal Guidelines
NHS Proposal Guidelines and Deadlines
We are always looking for fresh, timely and relevant ideas for our New Hope Seminar (NHS) education program. It is helpful if your topic is new or newsworthy. Retailers are our primary audience, so any content relevant to helping our retailers run their business better is always a great addition. Content backed by research and science is ideal. Please be sure that your presentation material is not linked to a specific product or company.
The New Hope Seminar program balances the content generated from the EPS program. Within the parameters of the NHS program, speakers are ineligible if they receive more than 30% interest or income from an exhibiting company, and/or publicly represent a manufacturer of natural products (unless we invite them to do so within a panel or debate format). The NHS program is developed with our Education Advisory Board. We also access information from our editorial staff and review survey data from conference attendees. In addition, proposals are accepted from industry experts, consultants, educators and strategists—these are then reviewed for possible inclusion.
Proposals remain active for 2-3 shows and the program is tight, so it can be difficult to get into the lineup but we value your participation and it's definitely an important part of the process. We are currently accepting submissions for Natural Products Expo East, our Fall show. The deadline for speaking proposals for Expo East is May 1st, 2006.

Thanks for your interest in education.
